Refund / Cancellation Policy

At La Rosa Medical Center Ajman, we value your time and our commitment to providing care. This policy outlines the terms for cancellations and refunds.

1. Appointment Cancellation

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer the slot to another patient in need.

2. No-Show Policy

Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice may result in a no-show fee. Frequent no-shows may lead to restrictions on future online bookings.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds for prepaid services or consultations are processed under the following conditions:

• Full refund if cancelled at least 24 hours before the appointment.
• Partial refund or credit if cancelled within 12-24 hours.
• No refund for cancellations made less than 12 hours before the appointment or for no-shows.

4. Process for Refunds

To request a refund, please contact our billing department with your appointment details and receipt. Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 7-10 working days.

5. Center Cancellations

In the rare event that the center must cancel your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or immediate rescheduling will be provided.
